The business is ambitiously scaling up with a focused strategy, guided by an experienced management team that will leverage an expanding product offering with a complementary range of cloud services.
The Red Helix management team identified multiple strategic areas in the business that required attention to prepare for accelerated profitable growth. Termed “Foundation Projects,” these initiatives were given the support and funding to digitally transform critical functions, which included evaluating the underlying ‘Systems and Tools’ used by employees to serve and support customers.
With over a third of annual revenues being service-based, the team at Red Helix determined the business needed a comprehensive service management platform, combining the latest technology with best practices and improved ways of working.
