Wanstor has adopted the POPX MSP Platform to enhance service operations for its customers
Managed IT Service Provider (MSP) Wanstor has partnered with POPX to transform Service Management with the implementation of a fully managed MSP Platform, powered by ServiceNow.
Embarking upon the next stage of its growth strategy, Wanstor plans to scale up its operations under the guidance of an experienced team. POPX, who will oversee the management of the MSP Platform, will lead the implementation and development of the technology that will automate service management processes.
Wanstor conducted a comprehensive business case review and determined that ServiceNow was the right technology choice. However, after further investigation, the company’s executive team didn’t feel the traditional ownership approach combined with professional services gave the return on investment appropriate for an MSP.
